Sweet blog friends,

Hello there! This is just a short placeholder post to tell you that I am DYING to write my New Orleans post and show you all the neat photos I snapped, but...I am having technical issues. Beaux is going to work on it tonight, unless I can figure it out between now and then. My iPhone is being tricksey and I'm all "OH NO YOU DON'T" because doesn't it know I can't live without photos on my blog?? And I could just upload them to Flickr but for the life of me I have NEVER been able to figure out how to stick Flickr photos in my posts with any success. I'm a loser, baby. 

So that's why I'm holding out on you. But I promise soon I'll be back and tell you all about it. Magical, inspiring, exactly what my soul needed. That's the short version.

I haven't really figured out how to do the flickr photos in post thing either...but my way around it is upload to flickr, then download from flickr to my computer, then upload to my blog... clearly I'm doing an extra step, but at least I get what I want in the end...

And right now I'm hoping this little tip gets me some New Orleans photos! :)

Glad to hear you lived to tell about it! The only time I've been to New Orleans was my honeymoon almost 8 years ago, so it certainly has sentimental value. Looking forward to your magical post!
