We found this adorable diner not far from our house, and Thomas loves 1) the bacon 2) all the clocks and 3) the bacon.
Art time - my side of the paper is on his right, with the big splotches. Teaching a preschoolish kid to watercolor is definitely an exercise in patience. Especially because paintbrushes look so much like drumsticks, apparently.
Thomas's "monkey cheese" face - my friend B always tries to get her child to say "monkey" when she's taking a picture, and somehow that has morphed into "monkey cheese" - and Thomas has a face to go with it. The other morning he had a bad night of sleeping and we woke up very, very early. I thought he should wear his new Halloween pajamas, just because they looked cozy and it was still so dark outside. He was happy to oblige.
So cute! Love the PJ's!

Monkey cheese! Love it.
Paint brushes really do make great drumsticks. It's performance art! :)
